BSMX

                

The BSMX or the Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics is one of the new courses that CEBU Technological University has to offer.

                Some say that it is a combination of Mechanical and electronics. Yes it’s true, but to be more precise, it is a branch of science which takes the study of Mechanical, Electricity, Electronics, Engineering, Drafting and etc.

                If you’ll just work hard and be lucky enough, you’ll get absorbed by foreign companies and will receive a reasonable salary.

Closing

                 Another year is coming to an end. Another year to remember and outlive the memories we maid in this campus.
                 It's not that sad to end this school year, because you know what they say, " in every ending has a new beginning.
                 Let's not dwell in the past or present, but to the future. Our life awaits.

CTU

CTU or the CEBU Technological University is a very large state university but it is scattered throughout CEBU.

It is a public school that welcomes College students and prepares them for their job in the near future. It offers many courses and BSMX is one of them.

Overall it is a magnificent school because as you go every day, your future is with you.

Valentines Day

                    

                            Valentine's Day, also called Saint Valentine's Day or the Feast of Saint Valentine, is an annual holiday celebrated on February 14. It originated as a Western Christian liturgical feast day honoring one or more early saints named Valentinus, and is recognized as a significant cultural and commercial celebration in many regions around the world, although it is not a public holiday in any country.

Chinese New Year

                         Chinese New Year is an important Chinese festival celebrated at the turn of the traditional lunisolar Chinese calendar. It is also known as the Spring Festival, the literal translation of the modern Chinese name. 

                          Chinese New Year's Day is the first day of the Chinese lunar calendar. But the date is different each year on the Gregorian (internationally-used) calendar, between January 21th and February 20th. In 2016 it's Monday February 8th.

IEC

                The IEC or the International Eucharistic Congress is a rare event for the catholic devotees here in the Philippines. The last IEC that the Philippines have seen was decades ago.

                This is a very rare opportunity even for locals. So the Cebuano’s are very thankful for the given opportunity. Not just the cebuano’s but also the Christians all across the country. This so called event was also celebrated in other countries namely, Italy, Korea, Belgium and plenty more.

               After every mass the devotees walk across the roads where they held their congress. So we Filipino’s won’t know when will be the next time that it will return to the Philippines.

Sinulog!!!!!

Another marvelous celebration of the year has already unfolded here in CEBU. The Sinulog festival which is celebrated by cebuano’s every year is truly sensational.

              

                 Floats are passing through the streets, sinulog dancers dancing and people shouting, “ VIVA Pit SEnyor.” Every year thousands of devotees from all over the country gathers in Cebu to celebrate this so called event.

                        

                  It is the welcoming or celebrating the arrival of Saint Niño to The land of Cebu. It is a very important event for the cebuano’s until today.

               There are four departments that CTU main campus has, COE, CAS, COED and COT. The BSMX course is under the department of COT or the College of Technology.

                   But no matter what you will choose, it is up to you who will you be in the near future.
